Services provided elsewhere

Personal care (such as washing, dressing or medication support), nursing and clinical services are delivered by registered care providers. Your GP, local authority adult social care team or the Care Quality Commission (CQC) directory can help you find the right provider. In an emergency, always call 999.

How arrangements work

CareLink introduces you to independent companions. The services, schedule and fees are agreed directly between you and your companion, with payments handled securely through our platform.
