CCI API

Sync continuity cases and evidence-chain entries from your existing systems. CCI sits alongside rostering, payroll and care planning — it doesn't replace them.

Authentication

Create a key under Dashboard → API keys. Send it on every request. A franchise key also covers its branches.

Errors

401 for a missing or revoked key, 400 for invalid input, 404 when a case isn't in your organisation.
